Trauma and PTSD

Healing from trauma requires care, patience, and specialized support. Our trauma-informed therapy creates a safe environment for you to process painful experiences, reduce emotional triggers, and rebuild a sense of safety.

Grief and Loss

Loss can leave a profound void. We support clients in navigating grief’s complex emotions, honoring their losses, and finding a path forward without forgetting what matters most.

Stress Management and Coping Skills

We teach practical, sustainable strategies for managing stress, preventing burnout, and maintaining emotional well-being—even through life’s most challenging seasons.

Self-Esteem and Body Image

Struggling with self-worth or negative body image? We help clients challenge internalized criticism, cultivate self-compassion, and embrace a healthier, more empowered relationship with themselves.

Career Counseling and Life Transitions

Uncertainty about life direction can create deep emotional unrest. We offer structured support through career changes, life transitions, and moments of personal reinvention.

Parenting and Family Conflict

Families face unique challenges at every stage. We help parents and families strengthen communication, resolve conflict, and create supportive, nurturing environments.

Relationship Issues and Infidelity Recovery

Relationships are built on trust and connection. We offer guidance for navigating betrayal, communication breakdowns, and emotional distance, helping clients make empowered choices for their relationships.

ADHD Management

Living with ADHD can create daily hurdles. We work with clients to develop strategies that improve focus, self-regulation, and self-esteem, helping them thrive in school, work, and personal life.

Women's Health and Empowerment

We offer specialized support for women navigating challenges like infertility, postpartum adjustment, life transitions, and empowerment across every stage of life.

Veterans Support

We honor the experiences of veterans by providing confidential support for PTSD, emotional health, and the often-difficult transition from military to civilian life.

FAQs

  • What kind of therapy do you offer?

We provide virtual, one-on-one therapy sessions that are personalized to your needs. Whether you're working through anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, or just want to grow as a person—we tailor our approach to meet you where you are.

  • Are all sessions virtual?

Yes! All therapy is conducted via secure video sessions, so you can get the support you need from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

  • Who do you work with?

We support a wide variety of clients including teens, young adults, adults, and caregivers. We welcome clients from all backgrounds and life stages, and we address a broad range of concerns—from mental health challenges to self-development and emotional wellness.

  • How do I get started?

Click the “Request an Appointment” button anywhere on the site to fill out a quick form. A member of our team will follow up to walk you through next steps and help you match with the right therapist.

  • Can I book a session directly?

Because we like to personalize the process, we don’t offer instant booking. Instead, a team member will reach out after you submit a request to talk through your needs and explain how our process works before scheduling your first session.

  • What insurance plans do you accept?

We currently accept Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford, UMR, Oscar, Quest Behavioral Health, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Optum. If you're unsure about coverage, we’re happy to help you verify your benefits.

  • What if I don’t have insurance?

We’ve got you covered. We offer lower self-pay rates than many practices because we believe therapy should be accessible. We’ll walk you through your options with full transparency.

  • How long are therapy sessions?

Most sessions are 50 minutes. We may recommend a longer or shorter session depending on your goals or preferences, but we’ll always talk through that with you first.

  • How often should I attend therapy?

It varies by client. Some people meet weekly, others biweekly. Together, we’ll figure out a rhythm that works best for your goals, schedule, and comfort level.

  • What if I don’t know what kind of help I need?

That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start therapy. Your therapist will help you explore what’s going on, identify what’s most important to you, and guide you step-by-step.
